First, both Edenpure and Comfort Zone are grossly overpriced for the amount of heat they deliver…they are still just 1500 watt portable heaters that on their best day can heat maybe 250 square feet provided you have a flat ceiling.
We have run comparisons with Edenpure and Comfortzone and they simply produce no more heat than an $8.00 Lakewood 792 JR Milkhouse heater.
To heat the are you describe with one of them would actually require three with each having a separate circuit because they would each be pulling the maximum wattage for your outlet.
Then the question comes up, what do you do if the power goes out?
What you might do is Google for Edenpure or Comfortzone customer complaints…it’s scary the number of them.
What I would be looking at would be a natural gas or propane freestanding portable heater that will produce the raw BTU’s you really need (30,000 would be ample) are very affordable and no worries when the power craps out.
